It consists of 3 large bedrooms: 2 double and 1 single bedroom. The rooms are very large with window and balcony, equipped with TV and independent air conditioning. In a double bedroom there is also a sofa bed a square and a half. Another sofa-bed a square and a half is located in the living room, for a total of 7 beds; a cot for children is available on request. In addition there are 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living room with a sofa bed and a half, a functional kitchen with all accessories and a laundry. I hope the apartment can meet your needs. There is the possibility of renting the apartment for short or long periods.
The accommodation is located in one of the most exclusive districts of Syracuse, in the shopping center, at the corner with Corso Gelone, one of the most important streets of the city. The location is strategic because you can walk within a few minutes to the Greek theater and the archaeological area, at 200 meters you will have the sanctuary of the Madonna delle Lacrime, the church of Santa Lucia alla Borgata and the Pantheon. In 10 minutes walking you will arrive on the island of Ortigia. In Corso Gelone and in the surrounding streets you will find various shops for all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Also within easy reach of the apartment are the train station and the bus station.
Below the house you will find more than one bus stop to go both in various areas of the city to the beach area, the beaches outside the city and the surrounding villages.
