Ideally located in the famous protected green-zone of the almost-island of Giens, near Hyères, with special areas for protection of wild sea-birds, discover this big house (4 bedrooms)stand-alone in closed garden, with nice view onto the sea and the coast line of Hyères.
The house is situated amongst trees in very quiet area, in walking distance to seaside on both side, at the narrowest part of the almost island. No road traffic close by, lots of walking itineraries in the forest, lanes following the seaborder line.
The house is at about 300m of the small Harbour of La Madrague.
All kinds of activities close-by: diving,biking, renting boats, all surf related sports, guided tours of wild birds protection areas, riding...
Village shops: 3km. grocery: 500m. Big commercial centres: 8km.
Terraces, BBcue, all comfort.
Animals welcome. Safe environnment.
Car: necessary
The motorway to Toulon, then follow Hyères, where you'll see direction 'Giens/Les Iles'.
At the end of the almost-island, on the turn around take direction LA MADRAGUE. The house is on top of small hill, opposite side of the Harbour.
Good restaurants at 500m. Nice village of Giens overlooking the sea...on 3 sides !
