Cancellation Policy
Charges are included. The price is decreasing depending on the length of stay.
A deposit of 40% is payable on booking, the balance one month before the start of the stay.
If you book less than one month before the start of the stay, the full price of the rental will be required.
Bail:
A deposit of 400 € in cash or check will be given on the day of arrival after the inventory.
Additional services to choose from:
Bed linen 8 € / pers, towels 4 € / pers, kitchen towels 3 €, firewood 45 € the stere.
End of stay cleaning:
The customer must return the premises in the state of storage and cleanliness where he found them. A complete household must be done. If it is not his choice and following the inventory, a small cleaning (35 €) or a large (80 €) will be counted.
Means of Payment:
Check, cash, holiday vouchers (ANCV), bank transfer, paypal. Payment is in euros unless prior agreement.
