This 3 bedrooms house occupies a privileged position giving onto the protected dunes area and on the beautiful coastline, mix of sandy and rocky beaches. Furnished to a high standard, the vast lounge diner has a piano. The garage has been converted to a back kitchen, providing additional space, including a 2nd fridge freezer, the washing machine and the tumble drier. Up a staircase from the lounge, a smaller 120cm wide bed is on the mezzanine that gives access into the 3rd double bedroom. The kitchen and dining area open on the South facing terrace. Cross the small road, and you are on the dunes. A 600m walk across the dunes takes you onto the beaches, but, if you prefer to drive, there is also a car park close to the beach.
