About La Maroneta - Family friendly present
The newly renovated farmhouse dating from 1891, with the typical
Tuscan style, is perfect for couples, families shelter
or even groups with 234m² of living space to discover Tuscany.
Livingroom
The house is located at the foot of the Apennines and therefore ideal to discover
what Tuscany has to offer.
By car, you can reach Pistoia in 10 minutes. Florence,
Vinci and Lucca are about 30 minutes.
You can reach Pisa and Viareggio in about an hour and Siena in about 90 minutes. A
good opportunity to offer a journey around
ancient villages and natural parks. Apennine forest begins
directly behind the house, so you can walk from there on forest roads,
planting olive trees or vineyards. The
center of the city of Pistoia, its streets and medieval buildings are
a spectacle.
Pistoia was honored in 2017 as the cultural capital of Italy.
The Maroneta is equipped with three large bedrooms (1 double bed room),
two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms
(two of which has a shower). Therefore, the house offers
enough space for families or groups.
Access for guests
The whole house, the garden and the forest.
Interaction with guests
You will be greeted upon arrival and gives the functions of
the house. (Oven gas, etc.)
then the whole system is available for free, unmolested
use.
However, we are always available by phone and provide the
best possible support.
Other Important Information
The Maroneta is equipped with two fireplaces and a wood stock.
We own our own water, fruit trees , vines and
olive groves.
During the harvest season, if necessary, a trip to the
olive harvest can be arranged free of charge.
We are delighted to welcome families with children.
