The house is located 2.5 km from the Golf Course of Ibiza and the beach of Cala Llonga. A 7 km from Santa Eulalia del Rio where you can find the best beaches on the island and the famous markets of Es Cana and Las Dalias. 8 km is the city of Ibiza where they can find the best clubs on the island and if you want to shop. The house has two floors, on the first floor are the terraces, pool, barbecue, gardens and outdoor bathroom. Inside the house on the first floor is the living room, kitchen, bedroom with countryside views, a gym and a bathroom.
