Immersed in the beautiful region of Umbria, the Colonels is a farmhouse of the tenth century. Overlooking the Alta Valle del Tevere near the famous "Basilica of Canoscio". The family tries to find the tranquility and the atmosphere of times gone by now, as well as to rediscover ancient flavors of the Umbrian tradition.

 

The house is nestled in the green hills in front of the Basilica of Canoscio, in a panoramic position.

 

Colonels is housed in an old farmhouse typical of Umbria.

 

It was originally a small monastery and a small church; proof of this is the fresco of the Madonna and Child of Jesus' XI century. d. C.

 

Typical Umbrian farmhouse year 1000, In the hills near Citta di Castello, the country is Trestina beautifully restored apartments with complete and accessible to disabled handicapp, has six bedrooms with latex beds for a good rest, a pool of 90 square meters and a large garden where you can sunbathe or enjoy a read, there are games for children and adults, a barbecure where barbecues and a gazebo to eat outside.

 

The city and the services are just a few minutes, as the city Perugia Assisi Gubbio Cortona Arezzo are about 30 minutes.

 

In 1999 the house was completely renovated. They used old materials and traditional techniques, managing to reproduce the century-old structure, bringing it back to its original beauty and providing it with the comfort that today are indispensable.

 

Inside it was created three apartments from 2 to 6 beds.

 

One apartment is accessible to the handicapp.

 

We have games for children and adults and in summer you can swim or sunbathe by the pool.

 

The house is rented whole or part, depends on the requirements, we will try to be flexible to your requests
