GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE SEASONAL RENTAL AGREEMENT


The purpose of this seasonal rental contract is to define the terms and conditions for the rental of the dwelling by the lessor to the tenant for the duration and on the conditions determined herein.

Arrival times are normally scheduled on Saturday afternoon from 16h. Departure times are normally scheduled on Saturday around 10am.

It is agreed that in the event of discontinuance:
When the sum paid for the reservation is qualified as an advance payment, the commitment is considered final.
If the tenant cancels the rental, the owner is entitled to claim damages and the deposit remains vested. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry to the premises.

In case of cancellation by the owner, he must refund the deposit.


If a delay of more than 24 hours in relation to the expected date of arrival has not been reported by the lessee, the lessor will be entitled to re-let the accommodation while retaining the right to retaliate against the lessee.


The balance of the rental is paid either before arrival or at the latest at the entrance of the premises.

Obligations of the tenant: Obligation to occupy the premises personally. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the tenant or his family.

The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows. Where appropriate, the owner or his representative shall be entitled to claim from the lessee at his departure the total value at the replacement price of broken, cracked, cracked or deteriorated articles, furniture or equipment, the price of the cleaning of the rendered blankets Damages of any kind relating to curtains, wall papers, ceilings, carpets, carpets, windows, bedding, etc.

The lessee undertakes to insure against the rental risks (fires, water damage etc.) The lack of insurance, in case of damage, will give rise to damages.
