This pleasant apartment is situated in a former farm called Fattoria Forano. The farm has been transformed into a beautiful holiday home housing 5 apartments. Together with the other occupants you share the beautiful garden with a large fenced off swimming pool, playground equipment, a jeu-de-boules court, a barbecue and pizza oven. The former hayloft is now used as the reception area and includes a billiards room and a laundry room.
The house is 3.5 kilometres from Appignano, where you can get your daily groceries but here you're also in the right place for lovely restaurants. The province of Macerata's capital with the same name is only 15 kilometres away and is situated on a hill. The city is entirely walled in and the charming centre is characterised by the liberty square, which is surrounded by beautiful palazzi, a theatre and the tower of Maggiore.
In the summer months you will be able to enjoy the beautiful operas that are performed in the open air theatre. Fattoria Forano is 30 kilometres from the sea. There are many lovely seaside resorts along the coast in the Marche region, often with wide beaches and exempt of mass tourism.
