This house belongs to a family which the owner is a Portuguese Chef that can provide catering services under request and availibilty.

One of the specialities is “My Chocolate Block” (chocolate cake) that is included on the welcoming.

Located in Cascais and close to Guincho Beach, the House of the Great Vine is a condominium with 14 villas in a very quiet place to enjoy your vacation. It offers comfortable accommodation in the green garden with two palm trees and two swimming pools one for children one for adolescents and adults. Throughout the house has internet access (wi-fi).

The living room and dining room is large (48m2) very functional and comfortable. Direct connection to the terrace (50m2) just opposite the pool of children. Provided some sunbeds.

The rooms of the House of the Great Vine feature a fresh, modern décor. A room may include a flat-screen TV and two of them have balconies facing west.

Accommodation:

Ground floor: large kitchen, dining room and common living room, entrance hall, terrace, bathroom guests (social wc).

First floor: two double bedrooms and one double bedroom (ensuite) 2 bathrooms.

Services: Sheets are provided and a set of towels per guest.

Cleaning maid and a cook service are available for an extra charge, upon prior request. A welcome basket is provided on arrival.

There is a final cleaning fees payed at check in: €75,00 besides the price list per day

Facilities: 

Wi-fi, 1 large oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, barbecue, swimming pool (unheated). Baby equipment is available for guests, it is advisable to reserve in advance. Equipment to provide: a high chair, a cot, a small table with two chairs to sit and draw.

Bedrooms and bathrooms:

All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and are individually decorated.

Suite: 

The suite has a balcony with garden views. The room is light, airy and minimalist decorated in white and light green, with pine wood floors and a bathroom (shower). The suite is very comfortable. The view from this room overlooks the garden and pools.

The bunk room:

It is a spacious and bright room with 3 beds (one divan). It has direct access to the same bedroom balcony suite, also with garden views.

The room Plums:

Named because of decorative curtains, this double room has the privilege of having a window facing the sunrise. This room caters for both adults and children. These last two rooms share the same bathroom with two sinks and 1 bath with shower.

The living room and terrace:

Guests are pampered with a large terrace, offering a favorite spot for sunbathing during the day or relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a refreshing drink listening to the birds while admiring the sunset in the evening.

The living room has a large area with a garden view, with two large palm trees, keeping guests cool in summer. The room is large enough to meet the group. The room stays cool in summer and heated by electric oil heater in winter and by the fireplace (wood is not included in the price)

The terrace is the ideal setting for many meetings and celebrations. The terrace works well for meals at any time of day, small or large groups.

Dining room and kitchen:

The dining room of the house can easily accommodate 8 people comfortably. Light and airy dining room opens to the living room and terrace.

Very well equipped, the kitchen is large and welcoming, with two distinct areas, one for cooking and one for eating. Guests of the House of the Great Vine, can be provided for an extra charge, the kitchen service for a Portuguese Chef, if combined in advance. For those arriving late to the House of the Great Vine, can enjoy a light meal such as soup, fresh bread, cheese and fruit asking in advance.

Garden and swimming pools:

Surrounding the house there is a beautiful garden, well maintained, with terraces and 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one smaller for children (just In front to hour terrace).
