Our villa is located near the Lima River, 5 minutes from Town center Viana do Castelo. Our space is very quiet and private. We only rent this villa, all the space is available for our guests and no more rental people.
We provide all the facilities in a self catering mode. We let bed clothes, bathroom towels acording needs, complete kitchen, private parking, wifi free, and at the arrival I offer a city tour so that people can learn a bit about the town, accesses to the beaches, supermarkets, local comerce, those kind of things. Our location is 5 minutes to town center, but near us we have all...good restaurant, supermarket, chemist, church.
Our main concern is to provide a quiet stay to our guests.
We do this kind of tourism for some years and today we have some more friends from several countries due to this.

We rent our villa only summer, starting May 20, to September 16, only for week perods, (Saturday to Saturday), 7 nighs for the price of 900 € the complete week with all the facilities described.
Pricing Doesn't include:
Is a self catering mode, price doesn't include meals or food. We change bed clothes at the middle of each week stay ad bathroom towels according needs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We ask 20% of the total amount at the booking. If a cancelation is made during the first week of booking we give back the 20%. If the cancelation is after one week from the booking, we keep the 20%. If the cancelation is till 15 days before the arrival, we ask for 50% of the total amount.
