Bright one-storey house located 15/20 minutes walk from the beaches OF SAINT GILLES CROIX DE VIE where BRETIGNOLLES SUR MER, 5 minutes from the village where you will find a superette, a bakery, a hairdresser and a tobacco bar. It has a large wooden terrace shaded by sails with a barbecue available. A family campsite is nearby. No pets allowed.
The space
This is my main house so you can find games and everything you need to cook, wash and stretch out your laundry. The south facing terrace is very nice where you will find a barbecue for your meals.
Guest access
The courtyard is fenced and closed by a gate.
A wooden terrace shaded by sails.
A relaxing area with synthetic lawn to enjoy the sun in the evening.
Other things to note
We have beautiful markets on St Gilles where Brétignolles, do not hesitate to ask me the days. The puy du fou is at 1: 30 am mandatory when passing over the Vendée.
