Elegant apartment with breathtaking views, in the pedestrian area of Lerici, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It has an elevator and private garage. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious living space make it ideal for extended families or couples of friends.

Aless View presents itself as two apartments joined together in a single unit. To ensure guests' privacy, it boasts a kaleidoscopic glass door, the work of masters of Venetian tradition.

To the right, we find inlaid solid wood, hand-painted wrought iron, and a breathtaking view of Lerici Castle and its gulf. A fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a panoramic balcony, and a bathroom with a large shower combine modern functionality with original romance.

On the left side of the house, we find a triple room with a breakfast nook overlooking the sea, air conditioning, and a modern bathroom with a small, functional balcony.

Aless View offers a view and atmosphere that evokes dreams of times gone by, when Lerici Castle and the "tower houses" perched at its foot still served the city's defense function. Fast Wi-Fi, a convenient elevator, and a garage meet the needs of the modern world. The garage must be reserved and has an extra daily cost depending on the season.

Other informations good to know before arrival

1) Aless View is located in Lerici's pedestrian zone, and it's not possible to drive to the house. You can park about 200 meters away to unload your luggage and easily park your car in the private garage (maximum 1.85 hours).
The garage, about 400 meters from the house, must be reserved and has a daily fee, payable in cash upon arrival.

2) From June 15th to August 31st, the center of Lerici is in a restricted traffic zone. Simply provide your license plate number and we'll notify the local authorities.

3) In the municipality of Lerici, there is door-to-door waste sorting.
 At home, you'll find bins for separating paper, plastic, glass, organic waste, and non-recyclable waste. These bins can be taken to the bottom of the stairs on the main road almost every evening, according to a specific schedule you'll find at home.
