Our structure is the ideal choice for large groups of couples, friends or more families who want to stay together without sacrificing their privacy.

We are in the heart of Naples and more precisely in the Health District. Strategic position to be in the center and in a few minutes have the most important cultural attractions.

The Rione Sanità is famous for having given birth to Totò, having been the cradle of many artists, owning important architectural and historical heritage.

The space

The renovated and technological house is located on the first floor in a building of 1600.

The structure of 160 sqm can accommodate up to 8 people.

Equipped with :

4 rooms (each with balcony) of which two with double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds that, if necessary, become double. In each room there is the air conditioner to heat or cool the rooms.


2 bathrooms each with shower, convector to heat the environment and hairdryer. We also leave at your disposal kits of various soaps (except shampoo) and toilet paper.


1 Spacious kitchen that allows guests to be able to stay all together for breakfast or main meal. Furnished with a comfortable and large linear kitchen, 3-seater sofa and table for 8 people. Equipped with small and large appliances (Electronic teapot, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and oven). Equipped with Crockery, flat glasses, cutlery, tablecloths. In the kitchen a centralized electric fireplace.

At guests' disposal:

wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, smart working stations (beyond the wifi there is system with Ethernet socket in all rooms), plasma TV in the kitchen, "holiday start kit" consisting of detergents, sponges, bags, coffee, sugar tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and water. This kit should be supplemented by guests if they need more quantity.

We provide bed linen and towels included in the price.
Extra cost air conditioning (to avoid waste)

The property is in a central and lively area, but very quiet at night.

At 400 m on foot there are both the metro line 1 and the line 2 both departing from the central train station Piazza Garibaldi.

In 5 minutes walk you arrive at Via Duomo and from there immediately in the center of Naples underground.


Nearby there are various paid parking in case you come with your own car. Cost ranging from 25 to 45 euros per day. They must be booked well in advance. We suggest, beyond those in the area, to park in the garage guarded at the Garibaldi station and reach us in the Metro

Access for guests

The apartment is on the first floor without elevator. Being an ancient palace the staircase is large and convenient to climb luggage.

Our property does not have free private parking space, but nearby there are 2 garages the cost varies from the type of car from € 25 to € 45 per day per car.
