Detached cottage with two terraces, one of which is sheltered and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Entrance hall and living room with a kitchen area, dining area, sofa bed (1x140x190), TV, washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed (1x140x190), and a bathroom with toilet (shower stall).
The terrace has a dining area, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Parking
on the property. Access to an outlet for charging an electric vehicle (extra charge) is available upon request. A municipal swimming pool is 2.5 km from the house, open-air and heated (open in July and August). Also in the village, you'll find a tennis court and a multi-activity area for children and adults, as well as the possibility of renting electric mountain bikes.
7 km away is the La Jarjatte ski resort, with plenty of activities in both winter and summer.

This cottage is located in a hamlet composed of several dwellings.
The owners also own the neighboring house. They use part of the house as a second home. The other part is a second gîte for 4 to 6 people.
