In the Vercors Regional Natural Park, in Lus-la-Croix-Haute, this charming cottage invites you on a getaway between mountains and forests. You'll enjoy superb views of the peaks, and admire the flowery meadows, crystal-clear streams, and the starry sky. Ideally located between the Southern Alps, Dévoluy, and Diois, the cottage is the starting point for unforgettable hikes, bike rides, cross-country skiing in winter, or even rock climbing on the surrounding cliffs. The authentic village will charm you with its lively and dynamic atmosphere. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this little corner of paradise promises a rejuvenating stay. Come reconnect with what matters, to the rhythm of the mountains and the seasons. You'll be at an altitude of 1,050 meters, near the sources of the Buech River and the Jarjatte Valley. Gîte located on the first floor of the house.
Upstairs: balcony, living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge area
with Wi-Fi, (sofa bed (1x140x190), one bedroom with two single beds or one double bed (2x90 or 1x180x200), and a second bedroom with a double bed (1x160x200),
separate toilet, and shower room.
A spacious terrace is accessible from the living room with a view of the Grand Chamousset mountain. A shelter is currently being built on the left side of the terrace.
Free parking is available on the property. Upon request and at an additional cost: access to a socket for charging an electric vehicle.
The chalet also houses the owners' second home. Their apartment is located on the 2nd floor. This cottage is located in a hamlet composed of several
residential areas. A municipal swimming pool is 2.5 km from the house, outdoor and heated (open in July and August). Also in the village, you will find a tennis court and A multi-activity area for children and adults, as well as the possibility of renting electric mountain bikes.
A little extra: train (station 1 km from the house), plane (Grenoble airport 1 hour 20 minutes away).
