HOUSE RULES:
For your own safety, comfort, and a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to:
-Reduce noise to a minimum between 11pm and 9 am;
-Keep the House clean and tidy and take good care of the furniture and equipment;
-Make sure that all lights and equipment are turned off every time you leave the House;
-Keep the door and the entrance gate closed at all times;
-Call me immediately in case of any damage made to the property: repair or substitution will be made with an eventual additional cost to be charged to the guest;
-Leave the kitchen clean with and the garbage ready to be collected when checking-out.
Cleaning:
Bed sheets and towels will be changed for stays longer than 7 nights.
Please DO NOT:
-Smoke inside the House
In case of serious violation of these rules, Hideout may expel a guest with no refund and retain a fair reimbursement value from the security deposit.

Check-out is at 12 p.m.
CHECK IN:
All day from 12 am till 14 pm (other time check-ins need our agreement. Forgoten items:
Items found in the House will be kept for 30 days once the guest informed. If no one claims the item after this period, it will be disposed of at Hideout discretion.
