This accommodation, classified 3* (Ministry of Tourism) refurbished in June 2016 is located in a small quiet street overlooking the town hall square, in the center of the emblematic residence "le Celtic", 500m from the large beach of Trestraou by a secure path. You will appreciate it for its private entrance, its calm, its comfort, the refined decoration, the amenities: wifi, BBox TV, hi-fi system, washing machine and dishwasher... and the immediate proximity of all the shops and a supermarket. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

Very comfortable luxury apartment completely renovated, "super equipped" and very quiet (double glazing) and roller shutters:
On the 1st floor, living room with sofa and 2 club armchairs, large screen TV via Internet (Bbox, more than 250 channels) and mini-system, WIFI, DVD player, dining area and kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven and microwave (De Dietrich), vitro-ceramic hob, coffee maker and percolator, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker...
On the 2nd floor 2 bedrooms the first with a king size bed, the second 2 single beds, bathroom with shower head and hand shower, WC, washing machine and clothes dryer, iron and ironing board...

500 km from Paris by motorway then RN 12 (4 lanes) exit at Guingamp towards Lannion then take the ring road towards Perros-Guirec.

Access to the apartment is possible 24 hours a day even in our absence, it has a key safe with a code outside, but during "normal" hours we will welcome you

This apartment is located 500 m from the beach which is accessible by a secure path and 800 m from the fishing and marina port.
Within a radius of 200m you have all the shops: mini-market on the other side of the street and also bakery, butcher, fishmonger, restaurants, crêperies and bars, town hall and tourist office, bookstore and newsagent, clothing and sports shops, jewelry, souvenirs, St Jacques church (11th century-historical monument)... despite everything and even in the middle of summer, the apartment is very quiet...
