About Villa Costa Blanca
Plan your dream holiday on the Costa Blanca, Spain, in the charming little village of Busot, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside while remaining just a 12-minute drive from the beach, 20 minutes from Alicante city centre and 25 minutes from Alicante/Elche Airport (ALC).
This is a detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a spacious terrace surrounding the private pool. The pool is saltwater, so you can enjoy its softness and swim without your skin being irritated by chlorine.
There are also 4 sun loungers for you to relax on around the pool. An outdoor dining table and a large parasol allow you to enjoy pleasant moments on the terrace while protecting yourself from the sun.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom (master suite, queen-size double bed) is located upstairs and has its own en-suite bathroom as well as a spacious private terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains and the city of Alicante.
The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, as is the second bathroom. Bedroom number two has a queen-size double bed and bedroom number three has a bunk bed, a single bed and a pull-out bed under the bunk bed (a total of 4 single beds).
All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes for storing all your personal belongings.
The villa is ideal for two couples with two children each, so each couple has their own bedroom and the children can sleep together in the third bedroom, which has a proper bed for each of them.
A cot and high chair are also available on request.
The house is new (built in 2024 and delivered at the end of 2024) with new furniture, fully equipped (TV, WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer) and also has private parking (for one car) within the property.
Bed linen and towels are also provided during your stay.
The neighbourhood is very quiet, and the village of Busot is very authentic. The city of Alicante and its many restaurants are relatively close by and easily accessible by car from Busot.
Whether you are looking for a family holiday, peaceful mountain walks or visits to the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca, this villa is for you!
