We have renovated this house with simplicity to welcome you for a weekend or during a stay with family or friends.
This 170 m² house, located at the gateway to Morvan, is a true haven of peace and tranquility.
You can recharge your batteries in the countryside, far from the hustle and bustle of big cities, and enjoy numerous activities to have a most enjoyable stay.
The house is located 20 minutes from Autun, a historic Gallo-Roman town, 25 minutes from Montceau-les-Mines and 15 minutes from Le Creusot.
The Burgundy vineyard is also nearby, to visit its cellars.
A grocery store is located 2 minutes walk from the house (open on Sundays).
This house offers you:
• on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room open to the kitchen, a living room with its wood stove, a large bedroom, a TV room which can be transformed into a bedroom, a shower room and a toilet.
• Upstairs, you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms each with a bed for 2 people, and a dormitory with 4 single beds. Shower room and toilets are available on the same level.
• a basement that can accommodate 3 cars, or several motorcycles is at your disposal, as well as a washing machine and a freezer.
You can also enjoy a large enclosed garden of 1,500 m² for the enjoyment of young and old (garden tables and chairs, barbecue will be at your disposal).
Bed linen is provided in the rental.
