Given the location of the property, it is easily accessible by arriving or at Pescara airport, taking the bus line 38 and arriving at the Montesilvano train station, and finally,last step, taking the train to Roseto Degli Abruzzi. Instead, for those arriving from Rome Airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) just take the “Gaspari Bus” line where in 3.5 hours they will take you directly to Giulianova, a town next to Roseto where you can take the train to Roseto with 1 stop. Personally, I will pick you up by car at the Roseto Degli Abruzzi station. I will directly provide you with the bus sites to book tickets and more.
The apartment is located on the 11th floor, where you can have a total panoramic view over the whole city including the Adriatic Sea. The condominium has 2 lifts with disabled access. The structure is equipped with a kitchen, living area, corridor, balcony, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with all the necessary comforts, dishwasher, heating, washing machine, hairdryer, linen set and much more.
Guest Access
Guests of the Bellavista Apartment can access the living area equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and a dining room with a 4-seater table.
It is allowed access to the kitchen and the use of a fridge, freezer and everything necessary to prepare your own breakfast according to your tastes.
Guests will be provided with towels and bed linen, spare parts will be changed at each guest change.
Interaction with guests
During the stay at the Bellavista Apartment- the interaction with the host is limited to only Check-In and Check-Out (we are preparing to make access to the autonomous structure) but you can contact the Host according to the methods provided like sms or using a group on whatsapp created especially for customers to advance requests and clarifications, communicate service failures or simply request information.
