- Minimum 3 nights stay
- PRICE RANGES: 1-3 persons - minimum rental price, 4-8 maximum rental price. Price displayed is minimum rental price.
- Price includes: Cleaning, utilities (Gas, Electricity, Water), all linens and some basic necessities such as soaps, cleaning equipment, hairdryer, iron. NOTE: We currently have no Internet due to connection issues in the building. Hoping to be resolved by November. Enjoy some peace and quiet off the grid ;)
- 30% of booking required as deposit to confirm reservation
- Remaining booking price to be paid day before entry.

Cancellation Policy:
- 5 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Less than 3 days before arrival: 70% refund.
Complaints and Refund Policy:
So far, we are proud to say we have never received any complaints from our guests. But should you have any, do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss the issue in more detail.
Obviously, if you were unsatisfied with your stay, we will offer a certain % discount on your overall stay.
If you damage any thing extensively during your stay, we will also expect damages to be covered by your party, by issuing you with evidence of the cost of repair.
