Our friendly rental in Leucate in the Aude, awaits you to come spend a pleasant holiday. Right in the village center, everything is nearby: shops (bakery, butcher, scoop ...), restaurants and market three times a week in high season. This allows you to live and do your shopping on foot. You can dine on the terraces at the back of the house (two terraces, one on the first floor overlooking one of the bedrooms and the other on the second floor overlooking the mezzanine). The first terrace is in the shade, which is really appreciable in summer and the second higher enjoys more sunshine. The house dates from before 1800, so it has the charm of the old.
You will appreciate the sweetness of life of Leucate because of its immense beaches, its pond of sea water, its oyster village and its activities of seaside ... The most remarkable is its Mediterranean climate very pleasant with more than 2 250 hours of sunshine a year. With entertainment every night in the summer season. The Pyrenees as a backdrop for hiking. And of course for lovers of board sports: on both sides of Leucate, the pond and the sea with a wind very popular with kitesurfers and windsurfers.
