The space
Located on the top of a hill, next to the chimney of what was the old ore smelter of San Francisco Javier in Palomares. A quiet neighborhood 800 meters from the Mediterranean. Large houses with plot, wide streets with little traffic, with parking facility. Safe and residential area normally inhabited by residents of other nationalities who seek better climate. Indescribable panoramic views, both sea and land. We can see Vera, Bédar Mojácar, Garrucha, Vera Playa, Palomares. Sounds: songs of land, sea and domestic birds, such as roosters. At times, the whispering of the wind and a warm sound of the village bells; other sounds of animals, like the braying of a donkey and the barking of a dog in the distance, always accompanied by the marine lullaby. Odors: picturesque from wet earth to plants of the mountain, sometimes fresh smell of citrus and flowers; in general to essences of field and sea. Sensations: they are occasional and range from contemplating a herd to the sound of flamenco.

The guest can access common elements: terraces, porch, gardens, spa (sauna and jacuzzi), swimming pool all year, barbecue, lounge, playroom, reading area, office or work.
