The duplex "Côté Cour" (39 m2), planned for 3 people, is arranged on two levels.It has an independent entrance and is adjoining another gîte.Â

- On the ground floor, a living room, with kitchen (microwave grill, ceramic hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, espresso machine, kettle, toaster ...), two armchairs, coffee table, table eat upright, small wardrobe, storage shelf, flat screen TV, staircaseÂ
a bathroom (bath, vanity with sink, towel rail, toilet) NB: the ceiling of the bathroom is low, beware of large!Â
a private terrace (small barbecue, sunbathing, table and chairs).
