A nice cottage, bungalow, a “gite” with private pool. Charming, 44 m2 for 4, maximum 5 people, independent on a private property surrounded by trees for a holiday in a rural setting overlooking the vineyards of the Languedoc and the Black Mountains of the Haut Languedoc between Béziers and Pézenas.
The Chalet de Christine suitable for short or longer stay or just a weekend.
Located on the outskirts of a small village, Alignan du Vent, built in circular form with the existing fortifications.
There is a private swimming pool and private parking for cars on the property.
Supermarkets and all the necessary things very close to the village.
A "green" stay close to the sea, lakes, mountains. All the activities available and accessible in less than half an hour.

Cancellation Policy
A rental deposit of 30% of the total rental sum is payable at the time of the booking The balance and the security deposit to be paid two weeks before arrival.
The security deposit Euro 350.- which will be refunded within one week after departure provided that the chalet and the interior is in the same condition as before the start of the rental.
Rental conditions
Final cleaning Euro 55.- .
Prices are based on occupancy of maximum 4 persons. For an additional person there is a surcharge of Euro 20.- per day.
Airconditioning will be charged for Euro 0.20 per KWh. Counter for consumption in chalet.
The arrival and departure is Saturday in high season. Beyond to be agreed.
