Beautiful country house with typical Galician architecture. It is located in a very quiet area, next to the golf club of La Coruña.
The very spacious house, 550 m2, has a large garden, a porch at the entrance and another large porch near the main building.
Located in the highest point of the city hall of La Coruña, it has to the north some wonderful views of La Coruña and its bay, to the south you can see a beautiful mountain landscape.
There is a private parking area.
Entrance hall and living room with beamed ceilings overlooking two waters. Cozy living room with typical Galician fireplace, lareira. Spacious dining room with capacity for 12 people, with typical attached gallery.
Ground floor, bedrooms each with its dressing room and bathroom. The master bedroom has 2 twin beds of 90, fireplace and a large gallery.
Bedroom 2, bed 1.80, bed 90 in the dressing room, and attached gallery.
On the first floor there are two other bedrooms that share a dressing room and bathroom: Bedroom 3, 2 twin beds, and other 2 ideal for children, under the sloping roof.
Bedroom 4, bed of 1.35 and another bed of 0.90.
Kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and utensils, has office area and ironing room. Internet broadband, TV, DVD.
Bedding, towels and basic products for cooking (salt, sugar, oil, spices ...) as well as bath gel are provided.
There is the possibility of accepting pets, you must be consulted with the property.
The property is 10 minutes from the center of La Coruña, 9 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes from the beaches of Oleiros: Santa Cristina, Bastiagueiro. It also has easy access to the beaches of the area of ​​Arteixo, Balcobo, Barrañán.
It is an ideal base to get to know Galicia: Santiago de Compostela is 70 km away, Vigo 156 km, Betanzos 22 km, Finisterre 108 km.
