A Viviers sur Rhône, classified medieval city and admirable site.
We offer our bastide La Viguerie located on the rocky peak overlooking the small medieval city. Old canon house, historical and atypical (XII - XVIIIth sc). You will occupy half of the house, the rest will not be inhabited during your stay. 
A real change of scenery at the entrance of Provence. You will like: 
- come easily: Viviers in Ardeche is 12 minutes from the A7 
- the charm of a historic house, stone walls, French ceilings. 
- the southern garden full of sun, planted with Mediterranean species 
- tranquility: absolute calm, no traffic nearby. 
- you will be alone in the house and its private walled garden, away from prying eyes.
- the terrace in the sun with a splendid view over the roofs of the city and the scrubland of the hills. 
- the living space (120m2) and the freshness of the house thanks to its thick walls.

- The living room of 34m2 gives ground floor on the terrace, splendid view. 
- Kitchen redone in 2017, all recent appliances (freezer, dishwasher, oven ...)
