In the community of Castilla y León, within the province of Ãvila, is La Casa del Manzano, a comfortable rural tourism home located in the center of the municipality of Peguerinos.
It is an ideal destination to know beautiful places and interesting towns, as well as to disconnect from day to day and for rest, since in Peguerinos its neighbors do not reach the figure of 300. It belongs to the attractive region of Tierra de Pinares, and its environment stands out for its great abundance of water, fountains and waterfalls.
The Casa del Manzano is a typical house in the area, a large house built in 1900, which was rehabilitated a few years ago to be used for rural tourism. The renovations will be carried out keeping all the charm of yesteryear of the house, although of course providing it with all the comforts and the latest appliances.
In the house, on 2 floors, up to 9 people can be accommodated comfortably, divided into 2 single rooms and 3 double rooms, all of which are very cozy, with stone walls and wooden floors. Among the latter, one is on the ground floor, perfectly adapted for people with mobility problems. In addition, the house offers another square, since there is an extra bed.
Those who so wish can settle in the house with their pet, since the establishment admits animals.

In addition to the rooms, the house has 3 bathrooms, a large living room with TV, a large kitchen very well equipped and a small and nice reading area. In the garden there is a barbecue area with everything you need to organize outdoor meals with our friends or family.
In the house we will not be cold whatever the time we visit it, since it has a wood stove in its comfortable living room, and also the whole house is equipped with central heating.
Environment
The surroundings of the accommodation are very suitable for sports activities and activities in the countryside, such as hiking, cycling routes, horse riding, observation of the fauna and flora of the place, photography, and many others with similar characteristics. We can also practice some water sports, including fishing, since near the accommodation is the Aceña-Peguerinos Reservoir.
Within the municipal area we can also see other points of interest such as the Lagunillas de Peguerinos or as the Fuente de la Pinilla, which is only 400 meters from the urban center.
Another option is to know some of the neighboring towns, with interesting historical heritage and beautiful natural landscapes, among them El Espinar, Guadarrama, Dehesa de la Cepeda, San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Navas del Marqués or Santa MarÃa de la Alameda.
It is also a good option to take advantage of the fact that some important capitals are located less than an hour by car to visit them, such as Segovia, Madrid or the provincial capital itself, the monumental city of Ãvila.
