The building consists of two floors and is built on two levels, so each floor can be reached from the outside. The upper floor is divided into four rooms, each with its own bathroom. The absence of architectural barriers is completed in the lower part by a 50 sqm apartment, with facilities for disabled people, where you can stay with the whole family. Finally, two triple rooms with bathroom, both with private entrance.

The rooms are furnished differently, so that everyone can choose the one that best suits their needs.

The building, built in the shape of a rustic of the late '800, has just been finished and some aesthetic adjustments are underway, to make its exterior look as similar as possible to the original one, and functional, to maximize efficiency energy. While waiting for all these adjustments to be completed, discounts will be offered for all those who wish to stay. In addition, an eye will be reserved for school, sports, parish groups and any group requires the use of the entire structure for their holiday activities, gatherings, retreats or seminars.
