The farm is located Cilla Giuncugnano, a small village in the Garfagnana lying on a hill 800 meters above sea level, facing the view of the Apuan Alps.

Ours is a complex of nine structures of varying and different size obtained in what were once the homes of peasants who worked the land of Count Cilla, whose stately building is still visible to the farm center.

Apartment 3: Apartment 3   comprises one bedroom with double bed, a room with double bed, kitchen and a bathroom Equipped with Shower and Bidet. It 'also present WI-FI and TV.

Apartment 4: The apartment 4   is composed of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. We also have a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom Equipped with Shower and Bidet. It 'also present WI-FI and TV.

RECEPTION: The front consists of a small and cozy waiting room, with a typical fireplace . Downstairs we can find a room used as a conference room.

Apartment 6: Apartment 6   is composed of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bedroom with French bed. the apartment has an equipped kitchen and a bathroom Equipped with Shower and Bidet. It 'also present WI-FI and TV.

Apartment 7: The apartment 7  consists of a beautiful room with double bed and a loft with two single beds. Also equipped kitchen and a bathroom Equipped with Shower and Bidet. E 'in addition this WI-FI and TV.

Apartment 8: Apartment 8  consists of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen and a bathroom Equipped with Shower and Bidet. It 'also present WI-FI and and a TV. Apartment 8 is designed for access by the disabled.

CA 'D'ASCENSIO : The Ca 'D'Ascensio is an apartment designed to accommodate large groups of people. 
The apartment consists of: 3 double bedrooms, a triple, a double and a single. There is also a private bathroom for each room , in addition to the common kitchen in all rooms, WI-FI and TV connection.

All structures are built of ancient stone in the typical solid and rural style of the local buildings. Their renovation was done in the most respectful and genuine as possible: have been maintained and completely restored the massive trusses and wooden ceilings, the organization of interior spaces has maintained the division of environments and can remain intact untouched elements such niches, ovens, original columns (even a traditionally derived from a tree around which the whole house was built!). The inner walls alternate naked stone and surfaces on which we have used natural paints devoid of any synthetic substance, made according to the recipes of Lucca tradition. The decor has kept the original pieces of the most genuine Tuscan country. 

Outside, in the common areas, you can relax in the shade of farmyards paved with slabs of the eighteenth century original, enjoy the view of the majestic arch of the Apuan Alps to the rooftop pool, or enjoy the sun in the hay "Prata", the 'large green area where you will also find swings and a slide for the little ones.

OUR FARM
Our farm is located Emilian Apennines Tosco an 'altitude of about 900 m above sea level  Our cattle,  Limousine and Garronesi  , following the method of cow-calf herd, living  most of the' year in green pastures garfagnini  then return to the stable in the winter time to defend themselves from cold temperatures and will allow for greater control of the herd in a very particular period or the number of births.

The soils are cultivated for the production  farro IGP Garfagnana ,  ancient grains ,  potatoes , " formenton 8 rows"  and other  horticultural plants  . Much of corporate lawns are  mown  in the summer and it produces hay that will be administered to cattle in winter

The chestnut groves in addition to providing shelter to the herd also give us the prestigious chestnuts to produce the  "flour  from nec"  (chestnut flour). The tips  Laura  and  Vamp  about the good cultivation of land are always welcome and always correct. The fertilizer produced in winter is distributed in the soil to make it fertile and productive. The poultry scratch around in the gardens before sowing. The cultivated land every year accommodate a different crop.
