HALF CHALET IN WOOD - on tracks - view on the summits of Queyras, Ecrins,
located in the area of ​​the Forêt Blanche, near the Parc du Queyras, Lake Serre Ponçon,
Briançon, you will enjoy an exceptional winter and summer!
In summer, the chalet is surrounded by nature, in larches and flowers. View of the Queyras from the
sunrise, turned towards the station, you will enjoy this view at breakfast!
At the resort you will find a swimming pool, pony rides, ziplines, summer toboggans, courses and courses.

In the valley, you will have the possibility to access beautiful walks, ballads: Mondauphin and
its strong Vauban, the massifs of Queyras, Ecrins, the pass of Izoard, the Parpaillon, or an exit in
rafting or cannyoning on the Durance or the Guil. Close to Italy, Val d'Escreins, you will have access
quickly to GR, or lake Serre-Ponçon where you can practice sailing, kite-surfing, skiing
nautical where you simply rest and swim!

In winter, in the middle of a snow field, you will leave and come back skiing underfoot! Access to
snow front is via a blue run (250 m descent) to find chair lifts, ski lifts
and courses of EFS and Ski Cool! The return ski is via the domain of the man of Pierre where the
ski area for children.
You can practice downhill skiing, snowshoeing, go on a four-season toboggan ride, zip line, or
try ice skating or enjoy a groomer ride. In the late afternoon or evening, you

The environment
The condominium is a set of 10 cottages in a privileged environment. At 150 m you
find some shops, supermarket, bakery, and sports shops. A Spa is there
also (see opening hours). The wi-fi is accessible for the condominium.
In the summer, cars are accepted only to load and unload your car! These are not
not welcome in the condominium you the tranquility of all and the safety of children !! the
middle of the flowers it would be a shame to make a parking!
In winter, the chalets are not accessible by car. You can park at 150 meters near
last buildings, on stops minutes. Then you take the path on foot - a sledge is at

your disposal in the chalet to mount your business - on 150 m, in the snow. The path is
hardly cleared of snow and only packed by the pedestrians, rackets!
The chalet is located at the highest point of the resort, at 1925 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature, far
noise from the bars or the resort, in peace! 300 meters further down you reach the
snow front with bars and restaurants, ski schools, shops and the passage to the street
shopping center of the resort with all sports shops and food shops.

THE COTTAGE
Wooden chalet of 40 m² plus a terrace.
Downstairs a living room overlooking the terrace. You will find a sofa bed (mattress 15 cm) and
a futon (blocked sitting), a TV. A table for lunch to which can be added
from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction hob 3
fires, an oven, a microwave, and a freezer. You will find everything you need for
cook, mixer, dishes, raclette / pierrade machine ....
The bathroom equipped with a bath, a basin and toilets with a sliding door.
Upstairs, two rooms accessible by stairs (not accessible to people with reduced mobility
because stiff). A mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, and a closed bedroom with two beds that can
to be close together.
Linen - towels, towels, tea towels - is not provided.
Non-smoking cottage and pets not allowed.
