Sumptuous villa in Le Castellet,

we are glad to welcome you in a unique place where quiet reigns.
The villa has more than 420sqm surface with spacious, modern and comfortable rooms.
INSIDE
You'll find:

a very big living room with an access on the terrace, it's composed of modern and designed furniture. There're a big sofa, armchairs, an inside fireplace, a flat screen TV with a good sound system (you'll be able to watch your favorite movies!). There's also a big dining table for 10 people!
The kitchen is semi open on the living room, fully equipped: a microwave, an electric oven, a steam oven, gas cooker, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a Sodastream machine, a Nespresso coffee machine... You'll feel just like home and you'll be able to cook your own meals!
the terrace is accessible by the living room, it's composed of many couches, perfect for chilling out with friends!
a first bedroom with a very comfortable bed for two. It's an air conditioned room, with many storage spaces and an access to the terrace. The bathroom is composed of a shower and toilets.
on the same floor, a second bedroom (with air conditioning) is available with a round king size bed, a flat screen TV, storage spaces, an access on the terrace and an open bathroom. The bathroom is composed of a bath and a shower! On the inferior level of the villa:
the third bedroom has air conditioning, it's composed of a double bed, a baby cot (if you need), a desk, a flat screen TV... the room has glass windows with a view on the swimming pool. The bathroom has a very nice Italian shower, toilets and designed sinks.
the fourth bedroom has a double bed (composed of two single beds), air conditioning and a nice view on the garden and the swimming pool. The bathroom is composed of a shower and toilets.
the fifth bedroom can welcome 3 people, there are 3 single beds and gives access to the terrace and the garden. The room has air conditioning and you can have your own dressing! There's another bedroom for kids, with a single bed. Between these two bedrooms, there's a bathroom equipped of a shower, sinks and toilets.
You'll be able to enjoy the game room with a projector, a pool and a babyfoot! OUTSIDE Enjoy the garden of 1 hectare with:
a swimming pool
a court tennis which need to be redoneÂ
an open kitchen with a barbecue, a dining table for 10, a pizza oven, a plancha...

Guest Access You will be welcomed in front of the villa by Luckey Homes, to exchange keys. They will be available to assist you 24/7 during your stay.
